Where to begin... First, this was my first home buying experience. After my first home tour, I met Derek who was kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. He was extremely patient with us and never questioned our decision but always tried to find why we passed on our house. He would use all that info and pre-evaluate the next one. Derek was super responsive always. We have exchanged hundreds of texts thruout the day before and after a showing. He got an early appointment to the showing and advised on an offer that helped us get our dream home.
